a serene escape with really good service

the resort has fine, beautifully designed grounds that integrate well with nature. our villa was spacious and super clean. the team provided excellent care. for example, when they learned my favorite dessert was tiramisu, the chef prepared it, and it rivaled those i've had in italy (it was a lovely surprise!). also, i noticed the staff remembered our preferred sunbeds and had them ready for us daily.

i thought that some of the prices, especially for extra services, seemed a little high.

I appreciate this hotel. There is a vast, pristine beach ideal for relaxation. A refreshing pool complements the atmosphere. The natural surroundings are beautiful. They add to the tranquil atmosphere. The spa services are great. They enhance the rejuvenating experience.

The staff constantly asked for my room number even when I was walking to have a swim, this was annoying. Staff lied constantly, they wanted to please the guests but this was counterproductive and jarring. One staff member even knocked on our villa at 1am with an unnecessary lie. It was quite bothersome.

The food was excellent. Every meal featured fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, including local and international options, satisfying various tastes. Service was prompt and attentive.
